Clarion Pointe Richmond North near University

The staff were so understanding! We had medical assessments for our two toddlers at different times and they allowed us a generous check out time so we wouldn't have to try to keep kids calm in a small waiting room.

We s here because of recent reviews and how close it was to EKU for Special Olympics. The staff was awesome. Everyone was nice and helpful. Even when the lady got overwhelmed with the lobby becoming fully so quickly. She didn’t miss a beat. Very nice and quick. I do hope they pay their staff decent pay. cleaning. There was someone cleaning the whole time we was there. Cleaning staff was nice. I was seeing staff circulating the halls or outside cleaning. Breakfast was good. There was a sweet older lady taking care of it for us. She busted her butt keeping things filled for us. There is enough restaurants near by you have a choice. Our room. We got double Queen. I forgot pictures of the room but it was clean. Bedding it white. Mural on walls behind bed. Pillows and bed was comfortable. Bathrooms were a little small but clean as well. Room temperature was pleasant. Air worked great. Clean and comfort with things in 10 minute drive to go eat. Great hotel but mostly the staff was great, nice, and easy to talk to. The only disappointment thing I have was the pool wasn’t opened. My son was so anxious to swim while there. They were working on getting the pool opened but our stay ended before that happened. Again not a issue with me but if my son had to say. It was. 😁 Kids Our stay was June 2nd-4th.

Comfortable, nice beds, good breakfast, friendly-family oriented staff. TV. Plenty of parking. Location. Competitive pricing. Betty Johnson and Olivia Foster outstanding staff!

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be back. it was comfortable, extremely clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. breakfast was simple but good. the towels were bigger than a lot of hotels and they gave us plenty of them for our stay. We always have to ask for more but it was stocked well for us.

The beds, bedding and pillows were great. I appreciated the continental breakfast. The staff was excellent...they were friendly without being overbearing. I loved the updates done to the hotel, you could tell they paid attention to detail. The hotel provides everything needed to travel light and I really appreciated the make up remover cloths as I forgot mine. Im glad we stayed and would definitely stay again.
